Project leader for the design of Zen Tao's first stand-alone Restaurant in Bogotá. The narrow space needed a solution to reach the second floor in a dynamic and useful way. For this, the stairs were design as part of the sitting area, giving a comfortable ascension to the second level as well as full visibility of the whole restaurant from the entrance. A big skylight was opened at the back, hosting a vertical garden were the sushi bar was placed. Materials, colors and forms were designed and selected according to the client’s vision and following Zen Tao's original fast food concept but with a slightly sophisticated twist, focused on personalized service.
